A Case of Darier´s disease

Abstract
|
|
|
Darier´s disease is relatively rare dyskeratotic and inheritable dermatoses of as autosomal irregular dominant gene.
The authors observed one case of typical Darter´s disease with the family history of three generation of autosomal dominant trait.
22 year-old patient we observed has had the generalized pruritus and dark dirty and warty patches distributed almost on the whole skin surface especiallj on trunk, back and face for about 10 years.
Histopathologically, the lesion showed lacunae, corps ronds and grains which are compatible with typical Darter´s disease.
